Grundfos is a UK leader in the supply of pumps and pump systems for a wide range of applications, including commercial building services. We offer a proven portfolio of innovative, energy efficient products and combine this with an impressive history of supplying to iconic projects – meaning that Grundfos is ideally positioned to support your pump solution needs.
Some examples of the applications and products we cover are:
Whether you are working on a new or refurbishment project, the Grundfos MAGNA1 and MAGNA3 families have been designed for circulating liquids in a wide range of light commercial and commercial applications including heating systems, domestic water systems, air conditioning and cooling systems. Complete with electronically controlled motors based on permanent magnet (PM) and compact stator technology, these high energy efficiency pumps are the ideal solution.
The Grundfos Hydro MPC-E family is a range of large energy efficient commercial booster systems that deliver 2-6 pumps in cascade. They are easy to install, deliver perfect constant pressure and are fully supported by application-optimised software. These sets are WRAS approved.
The TP family of in-line Grundfos pumps has proven itself many thousands of times over, in a huge variety of applications. Today the extended and improved range TPE2 and TPE3 ranges offer the ideal solution for many applications including heating and cooling. These new models deliver unrivalled efficiencies and a wide range of upgraded intelligent functions, allowing operation to be customised for specific needs and frequently eliminating the requirement for pump throttling valves.
Grundfos NK(E)/NKG(E) end-suction and SE/SEL/SEG submersible pumps are ideal for commercial wastewater applications demanding reliable and cost-efficient operation. The end suction range comprises a complete series of close or long-coupled pumps in full compliance with either EN733 or ISO2858 whilst the submersible range offer an unrivalled balance between efficiency and anti-blocking performance. Grundfos also offer a variety of packaged wastewater lifting/removal packages including the PUST, available in a range of sizes.
District heating can be an excellent solution for a range of scaled projects from one off office buildings, schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals and apartment complexes, right though to whole neighbourhoods. With a full line-up of energy efficient standard bloc and long coupled pumps, circulators, inline pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, pressure step degassers and dirt separators plus extensive system design experience inside and outside the UK, Grundfos has the answers.
We can offer a range of Dosing and Disinfection equipment including the Oxiperm Pro chlorine dioxide generator, that is ideal for combating unwanted micro-organisms in drinking water treatment or the disinfection of water against legionella. Additionally, protecting against post treatment build-up of biofilm, this chlorine dioxide generation system creates disinfectant in-situ as needed from its easy to handle components, removing the need to store large quantities of hazardous bulk chemicals.
Ascertaining the efficiency of your pumping solutions can be complicated, which is why at Grundfos we have devised a range of tools that we can use to help achieve the maximum efficiency from pumping equipment to save both money and CO2. This can be achieved through Energy Surveys that will assess all the installed pump equipment and then produce a report suggesting changes, along with an overview on the payback period. A Pump Audit is a more comprehensive assessment that checks the overall efficiency and highlights how much energy you could save by system optimisation and switching to a more efficient pump.
Grundfos offers a number of CPD accredited presentations that we can deliver in a number of ways – including webinars.
