Pre-Insulated Pipes / Pre-Insulated Mains
PIPE2000 Ltd has been established for over 30
years and is a direct supplier of pre-insulated pipe. We aim to
bring the best of European manufacturing technology and experience
to large and medium sized projects in the UK.
District heating schemes are becoming more
popular in the UK due to the potential savings resulting from more
efficient heat generation or the use of renewable energy, from
biomass or waste incineration. A key element in the efficiency of
the system is a well-designed, efficiently insulated main pipework
distribution network of sufficient quality and integrity to maintain
its performance over an extended operating life.
Pre-insulated mains are used extensively in the
safe transportation of heating, cooling or drinking water. The
selection of the appropriate product mix and configuration is
determined by the operating temperature, pressure and flow rate.
PIPE2000 can review your requirements and advise accordingly.

Delivery is direct from the factory to site.
Installation is by the M&E sub-contractor or through
groundworkers. This ensures a cost effective package where the
quality and price relationship are unsurpassed.

Calpex® – PE-Xa pipes, single, duo or quad.
Factory insulated using pentane blown PUR for the highest
insulation values. This means smaller diameters and, quicker and
cheaper trenching works.

Pipe is delivered on long coils to reduce the
need for joints below ground. Up to 500m length available.

Casaflex® – stainless steel, spiral wound
carrier pipe for application up to 130°C. Secure jointing and
connections. Available on coils in lengths up to 300m. Leak
detection systems available for all steel pipe systems.

Premant® – pre-insulated steel pipes. With
the growth of district heating systems, Premant provides a
quality solution for large diameter feed pipes. Can be connected
to Calpex or Casaflex to feed individual buildings, dwellings,
or zones. Available in bars of 12m length and with bends, tees
and specials, expansion cushions, valves, hot-tapping valve and
vents to provide a complete system.

other applications.
Underfloor Heating
PIPE2000 warm water underfloor heating systems
are equally suitable for installation by the builder or M&E
contractor or we offer our own installation service. For the
majority of secured projects we supply an easy-to-follow pipework
design layout which clearly sets out manifold location, pipework
routes and flow direction.
With over 30 years experience of the design,
supply and installation of underfloor heating systems, our products
have been widely and successfully installed in schools, colleges,
accommodation units care homes, large single dwellings and select
housing developments.
The high quality PE-Xa PIPE2000 brand pipe is
sourced direct from the factory and is covered by a manufacturer’s
insurance-backed 25 year warranty. Available in 15mm or 20mm
diameter pipe, depending on the size of rooms involved, the pipe is
generally used in conjunction with a rigid plastic clip rail which
allows secure fixing over a range of flat sheet insulation boards.
