With a wealth of experience in the Air Filtration industry, we have built up and continue to add to our portfolio of design options for a number of different industries.

Fan Coil Filters

Many standard manufactured products for this application are stitched and rigid in their design and sizing.

EMCEL Circaframe filters are thermoplastically bonded to selected media, allowing a rustproof, clean finish, with additional options such as pull tabs and overlaps for sealing.

Where space for withdrawal is a particular issue, i.e. fan coil units are positioned near a wall, EMCEL has developed a sectioned filter that can be withdrawn in denominations to suit customer space. Please see images shown.

Dust / Particulate Options

EMCEL maintains a development programme, in order to investigate new and innovative materials that can offer new performance characteristics, are environmentally friendly and potentially provide longevity of life.

These materials are present within different developments in the Defence, Pharmaceutical and Nuclear Industry. Some example pictures are shown.

Carbon / Adsorbent Filtration

EMCEL utilises beyond 100 adsorbent materials for various application.

The majority are high quality activated carbon grades, unimpregnated or impregnated, tailored to meet the specific contaminants involved with the customer’s application. However there are other materials growing in stature for various applications utilised by EMCEL in our unique honeycomb adsorbent filter design.
