Colman ModucelModucelAir Handling & Fan Coil Units NEW FANWALL TECHNOLOGY® A Unique Air Handling System
FANWALL TECHNOLOGY® (FWT) is the latest air handling system available from Moducel. The concept is based on replacing the single large fan fitted to conventional AHUs with a bank of smaller purpose-built fans which deliver the same performance air flow. Because of their precision build, these fans are not only more economical to run and easy to service but deliver a better air flow pattern than a conventional AHU unit. The system is more compact making the footprint reduced up to fifty percent in certain applications. There are acoustic benefits too, low frequency noise is greatly reduced due to the design of the integral coplanar silencer. FANWALL TECHNOLOGY® offers greater flexibility in unit sizing. Designers are able to incorporate lower profile units where height restrictions are involved. Quiet running makes the system ideal for acoustically sensitive applications including Concert and Lecture Halls, Performing Arts Centres, Museums and Libraries. IPAC – Computer Room Air Conditioning UnitThe IPAC floor standing air conditioning units are available in chilled water or DX, cooling only configuration. 15 - 80kW cooling capacities available in various configurations including up flow or down flow air path, chilled water or DX cooling. A full range of options and ancillaries are available including inbuilt humidifier for room humidity control. DRU – Data Room Air Conditioning UnitDRU Data Room air conditioning units are designed for high density heat load areas, where a large cooling duty is required, from a compact footprint, but without compromising the critical application of data centre cooling. 80/100/120kW cooling capacities. Available in chilled water, DX, DX with water cooled condenser and glycol free cooling configurations. A full range of options and ancillaries are available including inbuilt humidifier for room humidity control. ColmanGrilles, Diffusers & LouvresThe Colman brand has been widely associated with the best in air terminal devices practically since modern air distribution technology was invented. The unique Colman WinGrille® system, makes selection of the right grilles and diffusers and preparation of a quotation much easier, whilst simplifying the manufacturing process once an order is received. Colman have recently introduced a Heavy Duty Floor Grille specifically designed for Data Rooms and where heavy duty loadings are required. Models TJH and TJM floor grilles are constructed from high grade aluminium extrusions to EN 755-9:2001. Model TJH – Heavy / Extra Heavy duty floor grille complies with the requirements of the relevant sections of PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU specification for Raised Access Floors March 1992 and IBM Management Design Guide for Raised Access Floors.
