Lintel System
The Shellcast system is a an integral shutter
which ensures the most secure and aesthetically pleasing
construction.
The shutter components are housed within the wall construction using
a custom lintel and cavity closer. This system has been designed for
ease of installation too, by building the cavity closer and lintels
in as a standard construction.
The Shellcast system lintel has been designed to take any size of
shutter and as standard, is designed to course in with brick and
block work.
The Shellcast system can be customized for special details with
rolled front edge, arched and corner lintels.
Retractable Security Gates
The 1000 is for higher security domestic use and
medium security for commercial, retail and counter/cabinet
applications. ‘S’ lattice design option.
Description
Elegant good looks with a heart of steel - the
Retractable Security Gate System combines a classic appearance with
the highest level of protection, ideal for your home or workplace.
Designed to keep intruders out while letting maximum light in, they
are perfect for patio doors and French windows and any other
vulnerable ground floor doors or windows.
When not in use these retractable gates are surprisingly
unobtrusive. Fitted to the door or window surround, they can
disappear neatly behind curtains and a pelmet can conceal the top
track.
Retractable gates are exceptionally safe and easy to handle with a
smooth, quiet operation.
They hang from a top track with a guide track at the base which can
be supplied as an optional extra to quickly fold away when not
required.
The opportunity to remove the bottom guide track from the opening
(an optional extra) leaves domestic French windows, doorways and
shop entrances free from obstruction.
Because they are fully retractable, each sash can be stacked neatly
in the open position away from the door or window openings when not
required, and may be hinged to swing away from the opening at 90
degrees or 18O degrees to provide a completely clear opening as an
optional extra.
Installed inside a window, retractable gates deliver an
exceptionally strong yet aesthetically appealing barrier against
intruders, which allows merchandise to be displayed safely, 24 hours
a day.
Security Window Shutters have been developed to provide an
architecturally compatible answer to the growing need for vandalism
and burglary protection on domestic and commercial property. The
unobtrusive design also helps in meeting the demands of many of the
more stringent planning authorities. Built-in shutters give all the
benefits of easily operated security at night, but by day disappear
leaving the building attractive and welcoming. Building the shutter
box and guide rails into the wall during construction or major
refurbishment achieves a neat finish and more importantly, high
levels of security. Window shutters are easy to operate from inside,
manually or electrically. Where desirable punched or perforated
slats can be added to provide varying levels of vision and light.

Bars
Description
The award-winning Bar system features anti-cut
steel bars which are securely locked into position to protect
vulnerable window openings, but can be released from the inside to
allow total vision or maintenance of windows.
Suitable for installation in a horizontal or vertical format, Bar is
finished to a high standard and delivers security which is quick and
easy to install, yet highly effective in a range of locations. A
higher security fixed bar system is also available for locations
where removal is not a requirement.
Garage Doors
Insulated roller garage doors combine the
convenience of power operation with the advantage of smooth vertical
opening. This allows you to park right up to the door, whilst the
pocket size transmitter enables you to open and close the door from
inside your car. Meanwhile the tightly coiling curtain creates more
space inside your garage to accommodate high top off-road vehicles
or people carriers without losing overhead storage space.
Where the headroom inside your garage is particularly limited, a
Compact version of roller garage doors now available which requires
only 8" (205mm) above the opening height. Using a 55mm insulated
aluminium profile opening widths of up to 3 meters can easily be
accommodated. It is also suitable for external applications as all
exposed components are made from corrosion resistant aluminium and
then powder coated to a high standard.
