Internal finishes comprise either decorative vinyl
faced plasterboard, melamine faced chipboard or 4mm EBG2001 polyester
faced wallboards complete with fully welded vinyl floor covering &
plastic skirting boards. these buildings are designed to deter thieves
and vandals, to this end portable buildings are manufactured from 1.6mm
steel, they are fully finished externally.
Locking Systems
All portable buildings have High Security 8-Point
Multi-Locking System doors as standard.
Modular Buildings & Accommodation Electrical &
Plumbing Fit
All portable building electrics are to IEE 17th
Edition with all distribution boards with MCB's and RCD. All Gas fitting
CORGI approved. Modular Buildings
The Quantum Range is an innovative range of Modular
Buildings with the added approved design of being able to stack 3 high,
a major advantage when space is at a premium.
External Specification
This range has been built to last with both the
underside & inside painted prior to lining out. All modular buildings
are manufactured from 1.6mm steel with a choice of flat or corrugated
side walls and also a choice of external colours. as well as including
High Security Locking System doors as standard.

Electrics to IEE 17th Edition with all distribution
boards with MCB's and RCD. All Gas fitting CORGI approved.
Internal Specification
Floors are finished in heavy duty polyflor in Grey,
Black or Mushroom and there is a choice of plastic skirtings etc in
Brown, Cream or White. There are a choice of internal finishes including
decorative vinyl faced plasterboard, melamine faced chipboard or 4mm
EBG2001 polyester faced wallboards. Fire Rated
Buildings
The Phoenix Range of Fire Rated Buildings would be
appropriate for anyone needing a Fire Rated Building (fully
certificated) Fire Rated Buildings can be manufactured
with a choice of flat sided or corrugated steel side walls and all
windows have a neat and tidy fire curtain installed that will
automatically drop in the event of a fire, thus preventing fire
spreading from the windows. The Phoenix Range of Fire
Rated Buildings covers all unit sizes from 16ft x 10ft up to and
including 32ft x 10ft. Electrical & Plumbing Fit
