Cabinco, founded by Richard
Fraser-Williams and Simon Lawrence in 2002, is a Limited company
which has evolved from a sister company which has a background of
over 17 years experience in bringing the best Baltic timber to the
UK. It was this interest in traditional log buildings that led to
Richard and Simon to create Cabinco. Both Richard and Simon have spent many years involved in the timber
industry. Using their skills they were keen to develop a range of
cabins that was superior in all regards especially specification and
build. Through their combined knowledge and enthusiasm they have
developed cabins with, they believe, the two best manufacturers in
the Baltic. This has enabled them to offer superior cabins at a very

surprisingly low cost and due to the traditional construction
methods can be built quickly which further reduces build costs and
minimises any inconvenience. As our timbers come from well managed
forests, you can be confident that you are using a Renewable Natural

Garden Buildings
Let the natural tranquillity of a beautiful timber building bring
you peace and relaxation. Cabinco's garden rooms offer you the extra
space you might be seeking for a smaller office, games room, sauna
or gym. The Sarremaa is a 5.6m x 4m wide high quality summerhouse
constructed from 68mm spruce wall log, and including a 1.6m veranda
as standard. This veranda is part of the main structure and not a
bolt on extra and offers ideal protection from the weather. The garden rooms all come in a component form and can be constructed
by a competent DIYer. If you prefer, we would be happy to design,
quote and install any buildings and we pride ourselves on our
efficient and competitive services.
Holiday Lodges & Chalets
Cabinco brings you a range of buildings designed to complement the
environment and look very pleasing to the eye. Many holiday lets are
now beautiful log cabin lodges which look and perform very well
within a holiday environment and feel so much more special to the
holiday maker than traditional UK holiday homes. Log Cabin holiday lodges can generate a great amount of rental
income as they retain a unique position in the range of holiday
accommodation. They are also looked on favourably by local planning
authorities because of the use of natural materials that blend in
with the local surroundings. Their environmental credentials opening
up a whole new marketing opportunity to the shrewd holiday camp
owner. The lodges range from one to six + bedrooms. They can be made
suitable for all year round use with additional floor, roof and wall

accommodate it. Turn-Key Projects
Cabinco can now offer a full turn-key solution. From your floor plan
we can design, cost and produce your nursery/school building and
then manage the entire project so that you have minimal
inconvenience. On completion we can hand over the keys to your new
log cabin, fitted out with all electrical, plumbing and kitchen
fittings. All you have to do is add the children! As a result a 34
place nursery can be built for under £90,000.
