The UniKlip® system for cable tray offers light, medium and heavy-duty profiles in pre-galvanised mild steel to BS EN 10346:2009.

Available in widths from 50mm up to and including 600mm, UniKlip® conforms to BS EN 61537:2007, meeting all performance and earth continuity requirements.

The unique UniKlip® system negates the need for nuts and bolts, enabling it to be installed a minimum of 3 times faster than conventional systems.

With a full range of accessories and unique product features, UniKlip® provides the ultimate cable tray solution.

Adding further innovation to the RIS range is EasyConnect Basket – a unique, patented design that ensures significant installation time savings.

EasyConnect is available in 30mm, 60mm and 100mm depths and widths from 50mm to 600mm (other sizes available on request) and conforms to BS EN 61537:2007.

To ensure an EasyConnect solution is available for all installation environments, EasyConnect is supplied in many finishes, including (as standard):

  • Electro-Zinc ISO 4520:1981
  • Hot Dipped Galvanised ISO 1461
  • Stainless Steel 304L & 316L (Marine Grade)

Speedway Cable Ladder represents a major advance in cable ladder design, providing faster and easier installation, greater cable fill capacity and total flexibility on projects.

Conforming to the requirements of BS EN 61537 and IEC 61537, Speedway Cable Ladder is packed with design features to aid rapid, safe, high quality installations in even the most testing environments.

Speedway fittings feature an integral coupler that eliminates the need for additional components when connecting fittings to straight lengths – this feature alone reduces the ladder to fitting installation time by 67%!

Rung design features include:

  • Fixed at the lowest point of the ladder to give maximum loading depth
  • Alternately inverted on lengths to allow flexibility of cable security and suspension of equipment from underside
  • Located face up on fittings to allow fixing of short circuit restraint cleats, thus maintaining a true radius when changing direction
