NEW Cableline Prima 60 / Consort Delta 105 Cable Management Systems

Cableline Prima 60, with dimensions of 150 x 60mm is a 3 compartment PVC trunking system with a stylish profile. Prima 60 has been specially designed for use in power and high density CAT5e, CAT6, shielded and the new 10Gig structured cabling solutions.

Prima 60 benefits from adjustable bends and a multi-configurable tee. Screened divider allows compliance with BS50174-2 whilst pre-punched fixing holes and compartment knockouts aid ease of installation. All corners, tees, angles and covers incorporate screw fit fixings and discreet recessed holes. A computer generated animation is available on CD or to view online.

MITA’s new fast fix 100mm x 50mm Consort Delta 105 trunking provides a more compact containment system for smaller, medium density installations. Delta 105 has also been specially designed for use in CAT5e and CAT6 structured cabling solutions and benefits from adjustable corners and a multi configurable tee. Both systems meet and exceed ANSI/TIA/EIA568B, TIA569B, ISO/IEC11801 and Cenelec/EN50174-2/EN50173 Standards.

aemsa Wire Cable Tray

The aemsa Wire Cable Tray system provides a complete solution for the fast and effective installation of power and data cables. The design is based on a double transverse wire which gives greater overall strength and loading capacity and incorporates a smooth safety edge (avoiding the need for special tools). Quick fit couplers and a range of fast fix brackets reduce installation times. aemsa Wire Cable Tray is available in 3 depths – 70mm as standard, 35mm and 105mm. Widths range from 60mm - 600mm with a standard tray length of three metres and a choice of three finishes: electro-zinc, hot dip galvanised or stainless steel.

Cableline Ultra 60
Ultra 60 is a two compartment trunking solution (multi compartment options available), designed to maintain and support the integrity of your data solution.
Ultra 60 meets and exceeds the requirements for ANS/TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC 11801 and EN50174-2 standards. With a profile of 190 x 62mm, Ultra 60 has a dedicated data compartment which can hold up to 48 Cat 6 UTP cables, offering a 50mm bend radius for fittings, whilst incorporating an elegant and stylish look. This makes Ultra 60 a totally integrated solution for CAT5e, CAT6, 10 Gigabit and fibre optic cabling.

Cableline Classic 145 x 40mm three compartment trunking.

Cableline Solo 150 x 52mm for SOHO environments.

Cableline Ambassador 180 x 52mm giving extra cabling capacity. Available in a range of finishes and colours.

Cableline Duo 210 x 52mm two compartment trunking provides scope for significant increases in cabling capacity.

Aluminium & Steel Perimeter Trunking
MITA aluminium trunkings are available in single and twin compartments. Sizes range from 100 x 50mm to 190 x 62mm. MITA Steel Perimeter Trunking is available in five profiles to suit both dado and skirting installation and can be sub-divided into two, three or four compartments.
