ratings at all times. The range includes BS1363 socket outlets, singe
and double pole switches with and without neon indication and single or
3 phase isolators up to 40A.
Clipsal C-Bus Building Automation Solution - Lighting Control
The Clipsal C-Bus solution is a high quality, simple to design and
install control system suitable for lighting and power control.
Communication is based on distributed intelligence, with intelligent
devices connected by an unshielded twisted pair (UTP) Cat 5 data cable.
Information from input devices such as touch screens, key inputs, and
occupancy sensors is transmitted via the data cable to the appropriate
output units such as relays and dimmers. Whether providing simple On/Off
control, variable control such as dimming, or more advanced
switching/control functions, C-Bus can be used to control virtually any
type of electrical load. C-Bus has always been simple to install and
commission, however C-Bus 2 learn mode allows even simpler commissioning
of small to medium sized networks, without the use of a PC. Clipsal also
run a number of certified courses to provide integrators with an
opportunity to learn more about the capabilities of C- Bus.
