Job Description - November 2019 Salary

Position: FileMaker Pro Developer (Full or part-time)
Location: Guildford

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of two years experience as a FileMaker developer
  • Extensive knowledge of the FileMaker development platform's tools
  • Work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently

Position: External Sales

Location: Guildford

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of air conditioning Sales, providing advice and selection of equipment and following specifications for all LG equipment. Client base includes Dealers, M&E Consultants Architects, Facility Managers and M&E Contractors.

Skills Required:
Some knowledge of Air Conditioning equipment (Splits, VRVF,, Air Handling Units, Hot Water Systems) is a must. Hours: Monday – Friday. 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m duties is to manage existing customer based (Dealer and M+E Consultants London, South, South East & South West of London.

Position: Web Developer/Administrator. Full or Part-Time

Location: Guildford

Enthusiastic web developer to help manage our company websites, web-based projects, and to implement new features and ideas as they arise.

As a member of our development team you'll be responsible for maintenance and ongoing development of existing solutions as well as new solutions.

Ideally suited to someone local to Guildford or within driving distance

Requirements:

  • UK resident
  • Capable Mac OS X user
  • Minimum of two years experience as a web developer
  • Proficient in hand coding HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, specifically jQuery library
  • Extensive knowledge in using AJAX/JQUERY and handling HTTP requests
  • Extensive knowledge of PHP and MySQL
  • Proficiency in MVC-based programming
  • Experience in PHP frameworks, especially Laravel, beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience using any or all FileMaker, PayPal, Barclaycard and Google Maps APIs is beneficial but not essential
  • Proven web development experience with portfolio and verifiable references
  • Work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with a tea
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently (often concurrently) and still meet deadlines
  • A positive, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm

Position: Marketing Communications Assistant.
Full or part-time

Location: Guildford

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual, preferably with a professional marketing qualification or at least some experience of working in a marketing environment, to complement our busy and talented team. Basic skills in adobe in design will be required.

As a member of our development team you'll be responsible for maintenance and ongoing development of existing solutions as well as new solutions.

Requirements:
The position provides the opportunity to be closely involved in all activities undertaken by the marketing department, including general marketing administration, assisting in copywriting, media placement, PR, incentive programmes and exhibitions support. We endeavour to manage all our marketing requirements in-house with the exception of printing and so the potential to develop a broad base of marketing skills is very good.

The person we are looking for should be self-motivated with first class time management, communication and organisational skills.

Attention to detail and a working knowledge of Mac based packages including CS5, HTML, Photoshop, Word, Keynote or PowerPoint and Excel would be an advantage. Specific software training can be provided where appropriate.
