Flexible Solutions for Relocatable Structures

All of our structures can be left in one place indefinitely as a permanent fixture or can be relocated should your circumstances change. It is very simple and cost effective for us to expand or reduce the size of the structure in situ and a large structure can be split into two or more smaller structures on relocation. This means total flexibility of your asset and low risk to your investment.

Unlike many modular or volumetric buildings, the Useful Structures range offers large clear spans and high eave heights making them an ideal permanent yet relocatable choice for sports and leisure halls, canopied tennis courts and even full size football pitch covers.

The tensile membrane roof allows natural daylight to permeate the interior negating the need for electric lighting during daylight hours and creating a safer working environment.

There is no need for the work and expense of providing traditional foundations - all we need is a suitable concrete or even tarmac base. All buildings are designed, engineered and installed in accordance with BS6399 for wind loadings for the site in question and an individual calculation note for each structure is supplied.

From receipt of your initial brief, we work with you in the design of your building. Useful Structures provide everything from the structural engineering calculations through to fully scaled drawings and rendered 3D images.

Our average lead time is 6-8 weeks and 2-3 weeks for installation.
